If you have an accident and need to claim on the insurance you will need to download the claim form.
Fill in the required details and send it as an attachment via email to: or by post to our address on the contact page.
The association will liase with the insurance companies to process your claim.

You will need to supply all and any receipts (originals) for medical services or treatments that you have to pay for. These includes x-rays, medicines, specialist medical attention, ambulance, travel to outpatients etc.etc.

If the accident or injury results in you being unable to continue normal life whilst you are recovering you are entitled to convalescence payments under the insurance policy and you will need to provide medical certificate stating the date of the incident and the period of time you were considered to be convalescing.
