From OV Europa When you join OV Europa you will receive a letter with your membership number validating your membership. Please keep this number safe as your host may wish to see proof of insurance. Should you need to make a claim you can download the claim form and instructions from this site, fill it in and send it to us. We will forward the claim to the insurance company and assist all parties involved until there is a successful resolution of the claim. From the Volunteer Organisation National volunteer organisations are not liable for accident or insurance claims. Whilst they may be able to help with bureaucratic or language problems they cannot assist with insurance claims. These can only be dealt with through OV Europa. From Your Host In the event of you suffering an accident or injury whilst staying on a project your host will help to ensure that you receive medical attention and that you can get to the hospital for outpatient treatment and they will also help with any formalities or translations wherever possible but your project host cannot assist with insurance claims. These can only be dealt with through OV Europa.
