How to Join

To join OV Europa you have to fill in the membership form below and click on the send button. Before doing so you should read the charter and the associations internal rules which apply the insurance.

Having sent the membership form you then need to pay the membership fee (which includes the insurance) of Euro 25.oo. for onw year.

Credit Card
If you wish to pay by credit card select credit card from the payment methods listed on the form and you will be able to do so on-line. This is the least costly option.

Western Union
Money can be sent by Western Union.
You can go to any Western Union agency to send money. Pay the 25.oo euro and they will give you a 10 letter code. Send us the code via email to and the payment is made. Western Union will charge approx. 10.oo euro for this service.

Cash
As a last resort you can send cash. We would suggest that you:

1) Put the cash (notes only) in an envelope, fold it in half and tape it in the middle of the envelope.
2) Include a sheet of paper with your name on it to make the envelope look like a normal letter and avoid using paper clips or anything lumpy.
3) Send it to the above address by registered mail.

On receipt of the membership fee you will receive a letter (by post or email) confirming your membership. This letter will also serve as your membership card as it will have your membership number, which you will need to include in any insurance claim.
